So it’s a little past midnight but I am so thankful to have these to beautiful baby boys in my life. It has been a long road to where we are not, but ayden has never once given up on me. He is such an amazing older brother. Liam is so amazing as well. He runs to me every day when I come home from work and gives me the biggest hugs and cuddles. Together these boys hug me as if there wasn’t going to be a tomorrow. The love they show melts my heart every moment I am with them. Daddy let ayden stay up a little later night to make cookies after Liam went to bed 🥰 Ayden baby, I want you to know how proud I am of you. You are such an amazing brother. Always looking out for Liam, whether he climbs on the couch or wakes up and wants to play so you put his show on so he can have some relax time. You try so hard at school and in sword class. You don’t know how to give up. You don’t know how to fail. And you have no fears. You always get up and push back if you fall and daddy will always help you back up. Over the last four months you have gone from being daddies little side kick to being a hero of your own. I am beyond proud of the person you are becoming. I’m very excited to announce that ayden gets to live his dream tomorrow. He has always wanted to be a ninja! I mean he is even in sword fighting classes. At his preschool graduation he showed off his ninja moves. And now tomorrow, ayden gets to be an American ninja warrior with me at Tracy Ninja warrior tomorrow! I am so excited to be able to do this for him! Dear Ayden and Liam, I love you boys so much! 😊☺️ you both give me the most amazing sense of strength and courage. Ayden, The other day we went to get your Halloween costume. And even though you were so afraid to go into spirit, I looked at you and said you can close your eyes it’s ok. That you could hide behind me and we would run to where your costumes were so you didn’t have to see the scary stuff. 10 minutes inside and you had the courage to walk by the scary stuff to get to my costumes. But you took it one step further. You went through the castle set up in the middle of everything and said oh this isn’t scary and that it was just pretend. In that moment, daddy couldn’t have been more proud of you. And when Liam didn’t like something there you just pointed at it and laughed when you did this he started laughing with you and then everything was fine. Liam really looks up to you baby boy. It is funny how much we learn from children. As an adult we are always worried about something whether it be bills, a job, or just life in general. But the fact of the matter is we have to face it and keep going. To have that little bit of courage. We have to remember that there is always someone looking up to us like a friend, a sibling, or in this case my babies. Boys, Daddy will always have the courage to keep going for you two. I love you both so much and can not wait to see the men you little guys will become. Dear Ayden,

I'm sorry that these entries are always so late. Being a mommy and a full time student the second semester is hard! I hope you never know how it is, though. I've been doing all kinds of paperwork like crazy while organizing my school's diabetes walk and keeping my grades up. Doing homework with you in my lap wanting to grab all my papers and pencils is no easy feat!

February wasn't a super eventful month for us (thank goodness). VASE (an art competition) was this month, and I took you with me because I volunteered to work the concessions and was planning to be there all day. It was so fun! Everyone loved you so much, they all just wanted to hold you and talk to you. By the end of it, you were all tuckered out. When we went home, you fell asleep before your head hit the pillow c:

This month we also had your first Valentine's Day! This holiday doesn't really matter to me, but in the future, it may matter to you, And I want you to know, that if you're ever left without a Valentine, and you're disappointed, don't be, baby girl. This may be lame to you, but I like when my parents are my Valentines! They get me little gifts or a card, and it makes me happy! I had five Valentines this year: your daddy, aunt Esther, my mom and my dad. But my FAVORITE out of all of them was you. Every Valentine's Day, from now until forever, I would love to be your Valentine. You might think it's dumb, but nobody loves you more than I do. To the moon and back forever, Ayden.
