the whole thing with "ready or not" is that they play the hide and seek game pretty rarely- according to the family, there's a lot of different games that could randomly shoot out of the random game selectors. if you drew a regular game after getting married, you would live. so most people in the family would get married and have kids since technically the odds are on their side

Dear person I'm jealous of

I rarely experience envy, and I feel a bit petty doing so in this case. I just occasionally feel that you have it better than me in a lot of ways I will never have the opportunity to have. I mostly admire you and aspire to be more like you, but I guess sometimes… I get a little jealous and feel like it’s not fair that you’re so seemingly effortlessly good at the same things I strive to be good at.
