In DEATHTRAPEXODUS, Firebrand refers to "the operating room" accompanied by footage of surgeons operating by someone on an operating table. Firebrand says that Noah saw this "operating room"(Note that DEATHTRAPEXODUS was uploaded after the events of "Pitfall") "The operating room" seems to be referring to some sort of section in The Collective's realm. In Pitfall, The Observer, under the disguise of Kevin, takes Noah to a hospital. As The Observer walks away, he tells Noah "I'll go get the nurse." The hospital seems to have no actual people besides Noah in it, and the automatic door leads Noah right back to the boardwalk. If The Operating Room is just a part of The Collective's realm, then that must mean that The Hospital is too. When The Observer says that he will get the nurse, it could mean that he is getting the only female member of The Collective: Cursor.

So, the audio at the very end (here at the beginning) is a distorted voice saying “Looking forward to it”. After that comes Arthur Brown’s “Fire”, slowed down quite a bit. Very appropriate.
