Ok usavich theory time
“Kirenenko is half cat”
(No, i did not smoke anything)
This is just a dumb theory i made to answer why Kirenenko's rage form looks like that and how he got it.
I mainly started this theory from one question that popped in my head when i was watching season 1, when i saw a poster Kirenenko had in his room.
• This poster having in it cat-like people
Now, i don't know what exactly could this cat people represent at the time and place where the serie takes place, but from the one poster where we can see one cat getting strangled by a bunny, we can assume it's an opposite party from the soviet union.
But i don't wanna get much into that, what i want to bring with this is that, not only bunnies exists but other species do too.
• Another point is that, whenever Kirenenko gets in his rage mode we can see that (in a sort of cartoon-ish way) he gets angry yellow eyes and sharp teeth shaped into his faced. As well as his fur, that's usually flat, puffs up in the base of his ears.
But when he gets even more angry, we can see he gets claws at the end of his fingers.

Yes, i know there are other bunnies with a lot more hair in the show. But what others don't have its Kirenenko's unique rage transformation. We don't even see it in his brother, Kirunenko, but I'm assuming he also has it since they share the same angry glare. (Mechanenko doesn't count, he's a machine.)
• And if we re-watch season 5, in one episode we can see and hear Kirenenko's growl.
Yes, I'm also counting the fact that Kirenenko is able to growl really, really strong as another point.
It's possible that, the reason Kirenenko is able to transform into such an aggresive state, is because one of his parents is a cat.
Buuuut, my theory falls flat once i remember that bunnies have claws and they can growl too.
That if being half-cat gives you super powers such as being inmune to bullets and (almost) all bombs? Idk, but it sure looks like it.
I'm also pretty sure that the reason he looks like that when angered is merely a desing choice, just to make him look more scary.
With that being said, feel free to talk about this short and very dumb theory. I'm doing all i can to find and make content about this really old serie.
