Yammer accounts not loading?
Sometimes things just don't work how they should. When the BuzzTale Yammer app is loaded, the first task is to select sources for the display. A network (most people have one, but some might be part of many), and a selection of content based on group, topic or people names. While this works most of the time, occasionally Yammer's API freezes up, and no networks are loaded.
The usual solution for this is simple - log out of Yammer and log back in. For some reason, this seems to work most of the time and networks then load just fine.
If not, please contact [email protected] for help and we will do our best to sort this out for you. In order to get the best help possible, we usually need to understand what is happening in your browser (as none of the content BuzzTale is displaying leaves your browser and comes to our servers).
For Internet Explorer, to get the debugging logs from the browser you need to head over to buzztale.com/yammer, get to the point where some of the groups are not loading and press F12 on your keyboard — a panel should appear at the bottom of your screen. Next press Ctrl+2 in order to switch to Console view. That should probably have few errors listed in it - send the screenshot as an attachment to your email.
