I think Luna sounds pretty fabulous! I understand being apprehensive about making an impulsive buy, but you also have to trust your gut too! If you don't think you'll find another horse like her, I think you should go for it :D I wish you all the luck in the world whatever you decide.
I really don't think I'll find another horse like her at this price. Mid 4 figures for a registered Warmblood that has her training? She is easily worth 25k, but her owner is basically hand picking her next owner.
