The most obvious underused power she has is the ability to turn into a sparrow, like all animal youkai. (Suppose Wriggle has that too.) So if needed she can sneak into the village and steal breadcrumbs.
That’s not really needed though, because she must have completed the sparrow hospitality course. In addition to the cooking she’s mastered for her stall, she almost certainly knows how to manage a traditional inn. But I don’t see her ever being that servile towards humans. She probably hasn’t completed the hell training either.
Also since this is Gensoukyo, she probably isn’t using traditional unagi, but one of the extinct lamprey species. Given that lamprey are already horrible monsters, that probably doesn’t change much.
