blue: what doyou do when you’re sad? listento Gilmore Guys. take long walks. buy individual cake slices from the loblawsby my house and eat them while watching Community. sketch. whatare some things you do when you can’t sleep? deliriously ponder everyembarrassing moment of my life. toss. turn. have conversations with the eightother Slytherins in my bed. what was the best (non-romantic) nightyou’ve had? when I was in my earlyteens, I would have sleepovers with the 6 other girls from my middle schoolclass and we would always sleep over at Elizabeth’s house, which was in thecountry, and after watching horror movies (that I would no longer be able totouch), we would go roaming through the countryside at 2 AM and howl at themoon and lie down in empty fields and watch the stars and feel both monstrouslyalive and heartbreakingly small. I remember feeling the kind of scary happinessthat has a strong undercurrent of melancholy and knowing that I would never beable to unlearn that feeling. what kindof covers do you have on your bed? they are lots of different kinds of purple and one kind of white. who is the last person you told a secretto? almost certainly Gabriel.
green: what’syour favorite thing to do outside? go for long walks with podcasts, especially over bridges. do you like camping? I am sure I couldlearn to. what would you spend $1,000on? I guess I don’t really understand this question. If I had $1000 to spend with absolutely no responsibilitiesor ethical considerations, I would probably spend it on airfare back toColombia. what’s your job, or what doyou want to do as your job? my current job is being a grad student but(here’s a little secret that I’m not sharing with the rest of the world justyet) I just got accepted into midwifery. I think right now, my ideal job would be a midwiferyprofessor/practising midwife/researcher. what’syour favorite article of clothing? I have a scarf that is really my mum’sscarf that matches everything I own and always keeps me the perfect temperatureand has seen me through so much.
