☠:Drinking Headcanon- Genma never drinks on Monday or Thursday. Each time he’s ever drank on a Monday or Thursday something bad has happened to him or he ended up being sick so he figures those days are taboo.

♒:Phobia Headcanon- He fears things like ataxia and anything that immobilizes him.

⋆:Sex Headcanon- Genma is actually into rather kinky sex, such as bondage and the sort but hardly lets that be known. 

☮:Random Headcanon- If it isn’t absolutely necessary, Genma will avoid taking medication at all costs.

☻:'Like' headcanon- A secret pleasure of Genma’s is reading astronomy books.

♤:'Dislike' Headcanon- People who over exaggerate simple and minor situations.

Decoding Genma

Genma wishes he could have a really cool mustache and beard, but when his facial hair grows it is very patchy and hardly gains much length.

He's given up hope to have a badass beard.

Decoding

On the wall across from Genma’s bed there is a small target board.

When Genma was little he’d spit his senbon out at the wall before he went to bed, which his aunt wasn’t all too happy about since they left holes in the wall. He couldn’t sleep with one in his mouth and his aunt refused to let there be more holes in her wall so she gave him the idea of putting target boards around his room and before he would fall asleep try and hit the boards instead of her walls. This ended up being not only a wall saver, but a trick that Genma carried on into adulthood.

⋆ : Sex headcanon

Genma is a very ‘hands-on’ kind of person in bed. He has to feel every bit of his partner and must always be doing something with his hands .

☾ : Sleep headcanon

If Genma sleeps in more than his boxers he somehow manages to pull off anything else he is wearing. Out on missions he’s figured out how to keep himself from doing this, but as a result it causes him to wake up multiple times.

☮ : Bedroom/house/living quarters headcanon

Going for house because it’s shorter than bedroom.

The apartment Genma lives in is always kept fairly tidy and is centered around comfort. It isn’t stuffed with furniture and keepsakes, nor is it bare. The walls are blue-grey with wooden floors, accents and a few old paintings around the entrance and living room. The entire apartment is very open and lit naturally for the most part. Even though Genma is rarely home he wants to be comfortable when he is as well as those that come by. (sorry this is really lame, I will attempt to expand later.)

Decoding: Genma is straight, except for when it comes to the Fourth. Damn, he want that delicious man-meat of love.

Decoding

Genma was raised by his aunt and uncle. Soon after Genma was born, his mother passed away and as a response his father turned to drinking. Since his father knew that he wouldn’t be able to take care of his son properly, he gave his son over to his sister and her husband to raise Genma.

Genma and his father stayed in contact as he grew up but their relationship was more like acquaintances rather than father and son. He holds no bitterness toward his father however and loved being raised by his aunt and uncle. The only thing he does regret about the entire situation was never getting to meet his mother.
