#decoden help

"Your decoden phone case will take 12-24 hours to dry" is the biggest lie I've ever heard in my life next to "hey i'll take you to seaworld over summer break!" Does anyone know how to get a decoden case to dry well in high humidity? Or is it totally destroyed since its been over 48 hours?

UGH wow okay so I took the storm as an opportunity to practice piping a notebook with the silicone and HOLY SHIT that did not go well. 

first of all it took for-fucking-ever to use the caulking gun to fill the pastry bag. like, I had to keep trying to refill it and then giving up because it was taking so long. then I'd have to push it all to the end of the bag, then use it, then run out so that by the time I was done most of the silicone was dry. I think I need to start buying little tubes or something because that was really inefficient and difficult.

and then during the actual piping... it didn't really occur to me to do it all in the same direction. so it just generally looks really dumb. and there are gaps everywhere. oops.

but that was my first try. :'|
