Ingredients: 1 box of white cake mix. 1 cup of water. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup of white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened. 3 cups of powdered sugar. 1/4 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Assorted pastel-colored candy melts. Edible gold or silver dust optional. Decorative sprinkles and edible pearls.
Instructions: Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil together in a big bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. After filling the baking pan, proceed with the baking process as directed on the package. After baking, allow the cake to cool completely before slicing it into tiny pieces. Beat the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter together until smooth in a separate bowl. Once a dough forms, add the butter mixture to the cake crumbs and stir. Roll the dough into tiny balls and arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment. In a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, melt the white chocolate chips. Then, insert each lollipop stick into a cake ball by dipping its tip into the melted chocolate. Let any excess white chocolate drip off after dipping each cake pop into the melted chocolate. Decorate the chocolate while it's still wet with sprinkles, edible pearls, edible gold or silver dust, and various pastel-colored candy melts. To allow the decorated cake pops to fully set, place them upright in a Styrofoam block. When the cake pops are set, place them in a pretty stand to serve.
