that ask is so annoying like — not only did they go out of their way to message someone about it, mocking the person who made the event, but they didn’t even bother to share who it was to help them out
which makes sense seeing as someone has to lack empathy to make fun of a writer they must be following only to laugh about them on anon for not getting interaction — it’s people like that, who read the content for free only to ignore all opportunities to show the writer a bit of appreciation like i am sorry followers are nice n all but it’s not the same as a comment or a tag or a reblog
like — i am almost at 6k now but it feels like i still have 1k in terms of interaction cause my posts rarely top that
the most interaction i get from followers is when i post an event or open my request — something for them that over half of them don’t interact with
and i guess i can understand some of their reasons for it even if i don’t agree but to go out of your way to laugh about one person who is trying to show their appreciation for support to another writer is just gross
people have been so rude lately and i dont know if its something i did???? but like dee said writers are trying to show appreciation for their followers and its not cute that you want to laugh at them. we want to give you free content!!! we just want to know that youre there and wanna support us. i know especially for us being dark content writers, its not everyone cup of tea but :< its nice to have some interaction. we’re human afterall
