Local business Deepcut Garage held a charity car was at its lightwater branch today and raised over £600 for local charity Parity for Disability.
Local residents and businesses showed their support and came out in force to get their car washed and make very generous donations to the charity.
Owner / Director of Deepcut Garage Steve Knight said “We are delighted at the response from the community who have turned out in droves to get their cars washed. We would like to thank everyone for showing their support including our partner businesses Professional Car Wash, Checkers Cars and the ITS Group. Parity for disability is such a wonderful charity who serves our community so well by supporting young adults with disabilities and their families and carers. It is a real privilege to be in a position to be able to help”.
