With this one-of-a-kind recipe, you can enjoy the crunchy goodness of deep-fried burgers. Ground beef patties with cheddar cheese, onions, and pickles are mixed with just the right amount of seasoning and then deep-fried until golden. It's a delicious new take on an old favorite!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 egg. 1/4 cup milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onions, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, milk, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, divide them into 4 equal parts and use your hands to form them into burger patties. Fill a deep fryer or a big, deep skillet with vegetable oil. Heat it to 350F 175C. Be careful when you put the burger patties in the hot oil. Fry them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Take the burger patties out of the oil and pat them dry on paper towels to get rid of the extra oil. Toast the buns until they are just barely golden in a toaster or on a griddle. Put a tomato slice and a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Then add a fried burger patty on top of each. Put the other half of the bun on top of each burger. Make sure your Painted Parrots Deep Fried Burgers are hot before you serve them.
