I need you to know that I have spent all day imagining Caleb and Elyse frozen in a silent staring contest after Caleb walked into find them once again on the counter and Elyse is banking on the fact that, like Jurassic Park, if they don’t move he will not in fact have seen them.

To set the scene, it’s the middle of the night

Caleb who just woke up because he felt Elyse leave their bed which he snuck into while they were sleeping a disturbance in the force: *sees Elyse half way up the counters and cabinets crawling like a gremlin* 🙂🙃🙂🙃

Elyse: *freezing* 😶😶😶

Caleb: Get down

Elyse: *does not move*

Caleb: *sighs and puts them in air jail with his Evol* What are you hungry for?

Elyse: *totally not pouting* I can get my own food

Caleb then watches them eat before dragging them back to bed

The other post is getting to do you like the color of the sky length and I am working BUT I needed you to know the image of Shen Yuan kid mode (I’m imagining like somewhere in the size range of a small 3-5 year old) perched on Elyse’s hip and dead-pan telling Caleb to kill himself like this is a COD lobby made me laugh way too hard like he is a menace even when he has less than 0 power to back it up. In fact he is more of a menace.

This is like his first life all over again hiding behind an older sibling way stronger than him explicitly so he can run his mouth as much as he wants. Elyse has earned Gege/Jiejie status for the duration of the qi deviations

Caleb is so angry too. This kid should be in daycare. He would punt him off the fucking mountain of Binghe and Elyse would let him. And like the Sect Leader or whatever but like Luo Binghe is actively holding him at sword point and Elyse will put him on sex ban forever :(

No but Elyse is calling Shen Yuan Xiao Yuan the entire time he’s small. He is literally small. He is three apples tall and perched on their hip all the time. Shen Yuan can tell Caleb to kill himself but can’t say fuck

They all take it horribly but Raf and Caleb are the worst

Rafayel acts like he’s just been murdered meanwhile Caleb is all “oh? So you can call me bro but you can’t call me gege? What kind of bullshit is this?”

Sylus and Zayne take it better. They know it’s not personal. It’s just the way Elyse talks but also they are Elyse’s boyfriends. Not dude. Not bro. Fix it

Xavier and Maycie are the middle ground. They don’t take it as bad ass Rafayel and Caleb but they’re definitely worse than Sylus and Zayne

Hot with the idea of Elyse using Poseidon’s God Money to fund their lads addiction because he doesn’t need the money. He’s a good. They’re allowed to try and drain him dry. It’s not like he pays enough attention to them to realize they’re using his money anyways

Meanwhile Poseidon is so so so happy that Elyse feels comfortable enough to use his money. He doesn’t get their game addiction but if it makes them happy

So you know how there's the "Elyse grows up with Lemurians bc they run away" AU (that I really should make more posts about bc I have a lot of ideas for it)? There's also another AU where Elyse actually doesn't run into Xavier and Maycie and ends up living in the N109 Zone

And in that AU (alongside running Onychinus with Sylus) they are the N109 Zone's biggest Lumiere Stan. Like, they collect all the different versions of his bounty poster physically like they're photo cards despite it usually only being the price that changes

Xavier, who is a very frequent visitor to the N109 Zone on account of his Comet living there, fucking HATES the posters. He actually destroys them every time he comes over and he doesn't know where Elyse keeps getting more from

(The answer is Sylus. He replaces the posters for Elyse every time one is destroyed. He has a whole vault full of copies for them)

I love demigod characters bc you can give them weird fuckass dreams and make it a plot device
