Deer are already noisy creatures when they aren't mutated beyond what is usually considered scientifically probable. Unfortunately, mutations only make them louder. There calls are usually deeper, growled out, loud and booming, reaching across the woods and into town. They have a mechanic quality to them, something unnatural about the way that they make your heart hammer with fear as goosebumps raise on your skin.
Other deer have a more tinny quality to there call. It sounds like a broken piccolo, shrieking in short screams. The sound doesn't spread as far, but when your in the middle of the woods and you hear the cross between a nuclear disaster warning signal and a baby crying, and its pitch black, and your miles away from civilization, it sounds like the worlds ending.
However, the worst is during mating season. The deer yell at each other all night long, just trying to find a mate.
