Y'know what I think it is? Honestly?

It's being a bigger girl. If a 15 year old thin girl posts a picture of herself in the world's tiniest bikini, she'll get all kinds of love, but usually nothing really negative. But if you're so much as 2 pounds over normal weight, people will get on your case so quickly.

Because big girls are taught in our society that they CANT love themselves, that we have to love the thought of being smaller before we can love who we are. For every "love yourself" message there is for a big girl, there are 200 ones for smaller girls.
