Here's a thought: can you promote awareness about the issue of CIA torture without calling the recent surge of social media and publicity in response to the movement to support black lives in the United States "spam."There is no "and yet" in this instance. I encourage you to say, "The lives of Muslim people matter," "islamophobia is a huge problem," "we need to also spread awareness of," to add to the dialogue in any way. A very important conversation is missing, don't diminish one for the other

Here's a thought: consider that if I had wanted to phrase my post differently, I would have done so. So when I called what happened on my dash for the last few weeks "spam" then that's exactly what I meant to say. Consider, also, that your "encouragement" in this case actually shows quite a bit of presumption and arrogance, as you're implying that you know better than me what message I intended to bring accross.

Here's another thought: keep your "advice" to yourself  and stop telling people what you believe they should say when that's obviously not what they want to say.
