Jasmine: What colour looks best on you?
According to my sister, cerulean. I am ok with this. I also look great in black but that I think does not count as a colour.
Allium: What’s the best thing you can cook?
I cook awesome meatloaf and burgers, I am so good with ground meat man. I also make lasagnas that bring grown men to tears. I am the lasagna god.
Daffodil: What’s the most thoughtful present you’ve ever received?
Ok so one time I was feeling really lonely and sad and Dad and I were at a hobby/toy store and there was a stuffed raccoon for like $40 which is admittedly a lot but it was so realistic and cool--and. Its face was on just a little crooked. I thought it gave it a lot of character but knew most people would see it as a flaw. I begged Dad for it, I was dirt broke, jobless, depressed. Yes this was only like a few years back I WAS AN ADULT but still anyway. Dad was all nope. I, the big baby I am, got teary and mopey and sad. I really loved the little guy and like I said, I know not people would with the crooked face. So my sister catches wind of this. She seems to just kind of do an “I’m really sorry... :(” like supportive but unsure of how to help. BUT THEN. A couple weeks later, in the mail, I get a package. I was expecting something from a friend so was like “Hah cool” and start opening it. Wait. The thing they were sending me wasn’t... supposed to be... fuzzy.
MY SISTER HAD gone on ebay. She had hunted down a stuffed raccoon. And she had made sure it was one with a wonky, crooked face. AND THAT. My friends. Is the most thoughtful thing I ever got. I still think about the one in the shop sometimes though. I hope he got adopted. umu But I did cry a lot about the one Em got me, he still makes me smile now.
Tulip: For your birthday, what kind of cake do you ask for?
It’s something different every year really. One year I asked for a giant peanut butter cookie. Last year I just wanted a surprise. This year I have asked for a “tost o:” cake. Which is to say. Any time I find a sad piece of bread on the ground, I send a snap to all my contacts with the caption “tost o:” it’s just a dumb thing I do. So Em has a bread shape cookie cutter from a little playset IT’S FOR LIKE... CLAY. But it would work for fondant.
