Is your character bothered by the sight of blood? If so, in what way?

    It’s more the smell of it she’s bothered by. That cloying copper that chokes you with nothing but scent alone… too much of it and she gets nauseous. If she’s working on a concoction that requires a fair amount of blood then she’ll open a few windows and/or stick a peg on the end of her nose. As she gets older she builds a tolerance for it but as I play her ( early 20s ) her threshold is only better than that of your average person, she’s not on the level of, say, a surgeon yet. 

    Additionally, she can stomach gore pretty well. It’s the small, precise things like imagining someone nails being torn off or trepanning that make her squeamish. 

What was your character’s favorite toy as a child?

    A scruffy tabby cat doll that she called Tiger. She managed to hold on to it for a while; it was a huge comfort after her mother disappeared and she was taken into care. It got lost in the move from her care home to the Forras house. 

How quick is your character to trust someone else?

    There are very few people who have been through what she’s been through in her life and she doesn’t expect anyone to understand her feelings so she just… doesn’t really bother explaining them. She’s also not so emotionally confronting; Kat’s likely to bow her head and do her own thing rather than butt it against someone else’s in the hopes of convincing them to do it her way. But then again this is a variable; she can be easily intimidated by someone who knows more in a given subject that she does, or someone she feels is just stronger than her. 

    So.. not all that quick. I know in the game she puts trust in Dante very early on in their relationship but on a meta level I think it was rushed. Naturally, I have a headcanon version because of course I do. ( hc. 44 Kat trusted Dante because they’d already shared parts of their pasts with each other and she felt some familiarity with him because they were so similar, allowing her to share information with him without feeling as much fear over doing so as she usually would. There you all get a bonus hc I’m on a fuckin roll lads ).

❛    seriously ,    dante .    ❜         he starts ,    clearly intent on   NOT   getting distracted by the task at hand .          after all ,    someone   needed to keep them on track ,    yet his   next   actions are contrary to that very plan    ;   he forgets all about it as soon as palm curves around the other’s neck ,    pulling dante back into   another   kiss .

a few moments pass and then archer boy    breaks away ,    moving back just an inch as he locks eyes with the other nephilim .          a soft exhale .          then another second taken to remember   what   he was going to say .          ❛    we’re supposed to be   training ,    you know .    ❜
