literally so incredibly cute how my friends called me cool today. one of them said "it's just a fact" and i just couldnt help but smile and blush a lot. it made me happy.

the okanagan valley is burning and i’m stuck 9 hours away and all i can do is sit here while i get updated hourly from my family 👍🏻 very epic and definitely what i want to be happening right now

I’m cool, baby.

So on Thursday, I went to a U(C) alumni drinks thing and had a lot of fun, and apparently tricked a bunch of people into thinking I’m a cool, chic party girl (one person said this specifically in reference  to my eyeliner? ... I don’t even know).  

In possibly related news, I got up early today (Saturday) so I could go grocery shopping and then spend the rest of the day working, but I didn’t get out of the house as early as intended because I spent half an hour sitting in bed, reading tumblr and talking to my cat.
