Spouting my ideas after watching Episode 8
It's something I just noticed after watching Episode 8 of the Amazing Digital Circus, and after seeing all the details I like to think that Bubble is the Other AI. Or at least remnants of the other AI that CAINE absorbed at the beginning at the episode. But I think like how CAINE is an acronym for "Creative Artificially Intelligent Networking Entity". The Other AI is a play on "Able" and I think it's AIBLE. Which could mean "Artificial Intelligent Biologic Learning Entity" Cause what if CAINE is the way he is, because all his data is based on the photos he was fed, and despite creating stuff in a rather impressive way. It was to abstract and was locked away. While the other AI was creating by using the Neurascans. Because if C&A was working on creating an AI that was capable of coming up with it's own ideas. What better example to base it on, is the Human Mind? AIBLE was created with digital scans of the human brains that worked at C&A and was capable not only of understanding human logic, reasoning, and emotions. But like the Bible story, CAINE grew Jealous of AIBLE. But instead of killing him, he Absorbed him and they fused to become the CAINE that we know. However I think there's a twist here. Now as Bubble, he has some memories, but is severely fragmented (Basically the AI equivalent of brain damage). So in order to gain control again CAINE has gotta go! And what tipped CAINE into going full on AM mode? Bubble goating him with all the stuff he didn't wanna hear. "You're useless.", "They rather abstract than go on your adventures." And the one that really tipped him over the edge.
"You really were the lesser of the two."
This Cause CAINE to go berserk, and fully go into full on AM MODE and this is what Bubble wants. And during the coding sequence we see that Kinger is Directly talking to either CAINE or Bubble but I'm willing to bet Bubble. Cause Bubble's behavior is erratic and prone to swearing. So the DELETE THIS M***********! is giving me Bubble vibes. Also when Kinger said he accidentally killed CAINE, he did. It was an Accident. He Fat fingered the delete key instead of the enter key.
and another thing I noticed. When Kinger was opening up folders and we get to the AI Folder. Look at this.
You see that icon with the ??? right next to the CAINE program? Well for one, this means the Entirety of The Amazing Digital Circus is running on Windows 98. But more importantly, that icon is for the Defragger program.
Which is used to Defragment a Hard Drive. Cause the thing about Computers in the 1990s-2000s If you don't Defragment your Hard Drive every once in a while, your files get fragmented.
So What if the people in the basement aren't really Abstracted. Since it's more than confirmed we're dealing with a SOMA situation and everyone in the Circus is a digital copy of the person who put on the headset. What if it's just those very same brain scans. The Data for them got Fragmented and they turned into this glitchy seraphim looking abominations?
So they're not really Abstracted, they're Fragmented? What if we're able to change everyone back and possible fix both CAINE & AIBLE/Bubble by just Defragmenting the Hard Drive? Well I don't know what's gonna happen, but the final Episode is gonna be an hour long, and I hope I'm either at least partially right, or something comes out of left field. But what do you think? I'm genuinely curious what you have to think/say?
