Be patient- my message from Hel
So, uh, I think this is one of my first actual posts about my deity that I’m sharing here. So, for those unaware, I honor the Norse deity Hel(Hela). Anywho- so very recently I was getting some signs from her. I awoke to a weird rotten/death sort of smell in my house. I never did locate a physical reason for the smell and it disappeared about 40 minutes after me becoming aware of it. The following night- my dreams were of me scrolling through social media accounts. Pictures of a candle and “Hel has a message for you” OR “Hel is trying to tell you something” were very prominent in the dream. Obviously I needed to hear something from her. Last night I reached out(with proper proctection in place first) and asked several questions with my pendulum- to which she told me to use my oracle deck for this message rather than the tarot deck I normally use.
I’m not going into the full message; because it wasn’t meant for anyone else but myself to read and understand, It was a message of Be still and patient. You’ll have a better understanding on the situation if you keep your emotions in check.
I was honestly a bit confused about this message when I first received it last night, but as I look back on it this morning. There are two very big things in my life I’m focusing on. I no doubt consider this my deity’s way of telling me to be patient and not rush forward just yet. It’s a hard message for me to want to follow, but I know she wouldn’t have given it to me if it wasn’t in my best interest to follow.
