Alright, starting the step that I was putting off, but luckily life did that for me and became so hectic I forgot I had been doing Marie Kondo’s Tidying Up. XD 

Anyways, I’m starting the book step. Everything has been put on my floor. A lot of books having not left the shelf for 7 years. Half my room’s floor is covered and that’s not counting the language/classics/college/manga books yet!

Started pulling the mangas off the shelves and freaked out. It finally occurred to me the mangas are considered sentimental to me. Since all of them were when I was a kid. Loving the story so much, that I would save up and finally purchase the mangas. Instead of just reading them at the library/online. So yep! Realized I’ll need to tackle those later unless I want to be getting unsure about all the books.

So here I go! Wish me luck! :D

I’ve been Cleaning/Dejunking my room down to barebones, since I’ll be moving out to a much smaller room. It’s been a few hours I’m starting to get to the sentimental items. Marie Kondo don’t fail me now!

Alright sorry peeps for not updating. 

I got done with the book part a while back, even got the mangas done! Since most (in large series instead of my singular books) were given to me since the lady didn’t want to part with them. So I finally got to sort which ones actually sparked joy and donated them!

Then I got so busy I was unable to continue with Marie Kondo. XD I now have time, so I’m onto the paper part. I’ve gotten a lot done now. It’s making my room look messy, but hey I’ll get this done and move onto the next step. I’m so close!

Alrighty. Update on Marie Kondo cleaning. Looked over at the pile I’d made of all my clothes but had barely touched since I started and realized I needed to finish. I’m finally done with the clothing step! Woohoo! *kazoo noises* It was a lot of loving my clothes dearly but knowing they needed to go out. I’m so glad I finally got done. It’ll be easier from here. ^_^

June 15, 2017.  I had to move desks at work. Most people would be mad about the move and the way it went down while I was out of town on a work trip, but when I got backed, I realized that it was probably the only way I was going to actually get organized. I spent the entire day blowing off my other work and got some hanging file folders and labels and dejunked the heck out of my desk (and consequently my mind). So I’m actually quite grateful. 

Also I found this old tiny pot that I got years ago. At some point the original plant grew too large for the pot, so I took it home and repotted it a long time ago leaving this tiny pot empty and sad. After I found this little guy, I went over to a grocery store and bought another little one to fit in it. It’s kind of awesome now, which means my new desk is awesome because it is clean, organized, and has a potted plant.
