Delahunt Pier Stash DDH West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. A nice twist on a classic West Coast IPA with a lighter body, but a nice Citra-heavy hop profile on the nose with some herbal and tropical fruit behind it. Moderately bitter and relatively thin body, and the profile is a bit more pine/resin near the finish.
Delahunt + Creative Creature Where I Wanna Be IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Featuring Citra & Strata, this has the tropical fruit and candy-like citrus notes you’d expect alongside some floral notes. Drinks relatively easily, and has a good, but not particularly memorable body. A nice West Coast IPA.
Delahunt Coastliner Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. lots of candy-like citrus and tropical notes in the nose on this, and much the same profile in the body. Very thick and chewy in the body, and a slight bitterness fades in on the finish with the alcohol well-hidden.
Delahunt Mom’s Spaghetti IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Lots of citrus and tropical juice notes up front, and nice lacing on a relatively juicy and slightly thick body. There’s nice bitterness in the body, with a slight herbal quality, and finishes clean and simple.
Delahunt Into the Fade Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. A pretty standard big, hazy tropical IPA. Some nice stone fruit and orange citrus dominate, but there’s quite a lot of complexity here. The body is nicely thick and quite creamy, and a dry, clean finish. Slightly on the sweet side.
Embolden + Delahunt Window to Space TDH West Coast IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Given this is labeled as triple dry hopped, I expect a lot more out of the nose. Still, you get some nice tropical fruit, orange citrus, and a faint herbal note. The body has a primarily fruit sweetness up front, and then a dryness and firm bitterness in the finish that lingers.
Delahunt Space Traveler Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. My first from this brewery, and I’m quite happy. Lots of great herbal and resinous notes alongside grapefruit and some brighter tropical notes. Very creamy body -- the oats are noticeable, and this finishes nicely with just a touch of bitterness.
