[SKIN]: Revas’ skin color is medium deep, with warm undertones. She has freckles that run along her cheeks, and across her shoulders. To the touch, she’s a bit warmer than most. Perhaps due to the fact that Ferelden is quite cold compared to the Free Marches so she’s usually bundled up or running warm to fend off the cold.
The Vallaslin on her face also covers most of her body. Long branches stretch and crawl over her like veins. A thick line runs from her belly button to over her heart before spreading out much like the tattoos over her forehead. Branches lead to circles on her shoulders, thick lines shooting from them down her arms. Coils of ancient sigils wrap around her muscles. Large, sharp lines cover her back and sides, stopping at the end of her spine. The lines match those that shoot down her legs, wrapping around her thighs.
Most of her Vallaslin, however, is interrupted and missing large portions due to scar tissue. Four deep claw marks tear across her chest from her left shoulder to right hip. A large burn sprawls from her lower back, wrapping around her hip and down her leg to above her knee. Another burn, much smaller than that, interrupts the tattoos on her right forearm. A deep, yet short, gash slices over the middle of her back, Four much smaller claw marks tear through her left bicep.
Blushing is her general state, depending on the instance or reason it can usually go to her shoulders. It makes her feel odd, how often she blushes, but it’s slowly becoming her natural state; Light blushing.
The skin on her hands, and elbows is rather rough. Calloused and worn down from all her fighting now. For the first few months in the inquisition, she wore bandages around her hands due to the fact that they were getting sores and cuts. Leather and silk is much better. But the rest of her skin is soft, and delicate. Smooth, minus the scars.
To touch on this subject now, seems pretty appropriate so uh: Most of her scars are received from within battle, or from her childhood.
The claw marks across her chest were received from a terror demon.
Claw marks on her arm are from her childhood, when darkspawn attacked her clan. They’re not faded and usually have a wrap around them due to never healing properly.
The burn on her arm is more recent than the one on her side, received from that one time she didn’t have healing potions or covers on her arms and a wraith shot a fire ball.
The burn on her side and leg is from a dragon. Recent, but still healing nicely.
Mages don’t have a good defense on their back so, as you can imagine its from someone slashing her back.
