just saw Brother's Keeper again on Netflix (I've seen it before a long time ago when it came out thanks to having it shown to me at school but it was nice to review as an adult). I don't live far from Munnsville and I work in the farm industry so it hits home for me. had to love the soundtrack by Jay Ungar, who I appreciate now that I'm taking up violin but probably thought was lame back in highschool.
Brother's Keeper
" 59-year-old Delbert Ward lives with his brothers Bill, Roscoe, and Lyman on a dairy farm near the upstate New York village of Munnville. Barely able to function on an adult level, the Ward brothers keep to themselves, ignored and shunned by their neighbors. When older brother Bill dies on June 5, 1990, the authorities determine that his death was not from natural causes.."
I don't think it matters what you're doing right now or what kind of movies you like, everyone needs to experience this film...
