My message to the Stelena fans.
Lately, especially now when season 5 has ended, i have been seeing a lot of Stelena fans n Stefan stans saying that the writers of TVD should give Stefan a proper storyline. What they fail to completely comprehend is that Stefan Salvatore was dedicated the whole of season 3; him leaving town with Klaus, his humanity getting ripped away from him by Klaus and the whole season of his ruthless revenge schemes against him and how Elena tried to salvage n save whatever was left of him. And then flash forward season 5. Inspite of Elena choosing Damon, the writers kept a huge spotlight on Stefan by bringing in his doppelganger Silas and almost half the season was about saving Stefan, his memories and bringing him back to normal. So when it comes to Stefan getting his own storylines, he has been given plenty of huge ones in the show so I dont fucking get what Stelena fans are whining about. And also Stelena fans complain about how Stefan is baby sitting Damon & Elena.
Well, Damon was doing the same for 3 seasons for your ship. Need i remind u how many times Damon told Elena that Stefan was the better choice, that Stefan wasnt wrong even when she herself thought he was. How he played a huge part in keeping your Stelena ship alive? But No.. selective memory and double standards are the chief traits in the SE fandom. So be grateful for what the writers have given you because u wouldnt have Stefan or Stelena or this show if it wasnt for them.
