deleting old posts permenantly?

I've been getting a lot of creepy body hair fetishists with big sweaty cocks and unpleasant porn for their avatars. I deleted the original post that has been attracting these dudes, but it's still up there and getting reblogged like crazy and getting me all of these unwanted followers. Is there a way to get rid of it? It's not even a porny picture, which drives me nuts.

I hate how by virtue of having certain physical attributes (body hair, I'm chubby), I get fetishized left and right. There is definitely a difference between being attracted to someone and fetishizing someone. It others me in a way that makes me really uncomfortable.
