These light and fluffy crepes are perfect for a delicious breakfast or dessert. They're easy to make and can be customized with your favorite fillings and toppings.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while whisking continuously until you have a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom in a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the crepe is lightly golden underneath. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side. Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed. Serve the crepes warm with your choice of toppings, such as fresh fruit, Nutella, whipped cream, or maple syrup. Roll or fold the crepes and enjoy!
