Ingredients: 4 cups grated carrots. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 2 tablespoons grated onion. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the grated carrots and cheddar cheese in a large bowl and mix them together.
