Enjoy the delightful flavor of wood-fired scallops with this easy Traeger grilled recipe. The combination of smoky paprika and grilled lemon slices adds a unique twist to these succulent scallops.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh scallops. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp sea salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1 lemon, sliced. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the Traeger smoker to a temperature of 375F 190C. Scallops should be rinsed and then dried with paper towels. Olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a bowl. Blend thoroughly. When the scallops are evenly coated, add them to the bowl and toss them in the marinade. Place scallops and lemon slices on skewers in succession. After placing the skewers on the Traeger grill, cook the scallops for ten to twelve minutes, or until they are cooked through and opaque. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
