ive made a lot of deltaswap stuff over the past few months but havent posted it here
in case it wasn't obvious, chapter 1 is based off divination/tarot, while chapter 2 is based off an arcade.

Deltaswap Swatch + Queen + Tasque Manager concepts
Meet Swatch! Your local corrupted shadow creepy salesman! He carries himself with the same geniality and respect as his Deltarune counterpart, except he’s incredibly clingy, and known for shadowing people through streets and dark alleyways... for their protection of course!
He has an unfulfilled need to serve a master, though having a free servant that follows your every whim sounds like a sweet deal, except his interpretation of your commands... and anyone’s is always hinted with a tinge of corruption.
His design is based off of a shadow/traditional hand puppet as opposed to spamton’s string puppet. His NEO form would be held up by long sticks while he’s kinda glued to the NEO armor.
Queen is now homeless and living in the lower side of town as a very rebellious solo musician, her specialty is diss tracks centered around making you look bad and herself look very, very, awesome.
She’s not totally happy with this life though (even though it’s fun to diss random people on the street) and she longs to go back on the throne and rule people again, which is why when she sees you and your motley crew she comes up with a plan to capture you all and use you as her own private army to retake her birthright... with your consent of course.
Tasque Manager has rebranded, calling herself Circus Manager now, and manages... well, the circus. She expanded the paltry fair in the cyber world and has made it into a sprawling circus, with the Tasques and Swatchlings, now called Circusbirds as the main stars and helpers. She doesn’t quite share the same want to go back to that old castle as Queen anymore, after witnessing Swatch’s descent into madness firsthand, she’d rather just stick to something she’s good at. She even wants to sell her whip, which you can buy for a rather hefty price...
These are carry-overs from my underswap au where gaster and river person swap! Secret bosses speak of escaping the depths and gasping for air. They all talk about how hard it is to breathe, how they yearn for dry land, and how they are the only ones safe from the crushing pressure.
