((To my headcanons, the progeny of the Master of Shadow would be unknown to the world. Zed has learned to plan for contingency, the unexpected and the unlikely, and while having children isn't really in his forecasted plans, he likely already has property in other names all across Valoran, ready to be used as safehouses, solid assets, or as the base of a family.
If the Kinkou did discover them, it would greatly force the Master's hand, making him turn the full force of the Order on the elimination of his enemies. It has already been proven that Zed's forces are superior to Shen's, and no ninja organization could repair their forces so quickly. They would become martyrs for those that speak out against the Master, but they would never pose a problem for the safety of his children))
