Judging by its look and misterious origin - it is very likely that the substance is Black Hat’s DNA.

And what if Dem became a super-human due to getting in contact with H3X? Any information about her origin story is redacted from Flug’s logbuch by BH himself. I wouldn’t be surprised if Black Hat had used his DNA to alter Demencia… more specifically… he came inside her and that gave her superpowers. And now the old man doesn’t want Flug to find out about the details of how Demencia got her special abilities…
