Oh okay so... then, when people study the higher rates of depression and anxiety for sexual minorities, demis should have nice low rates like straight people! Right?
These two tables show the mean scores on the PHQ-9 (which measures depression) and the GAD-7 (which measures anxiety). Broken down by gender and sexual orientation. And organized from lowest to highest scores.
Straight cis people, as you would expect, are at the top left of both tables, with the lowest scores.
Demisexuals scored the highest.
