I don't have much to say about this. It's just a little thank you gift for Pudi, for no particular reason and so many others at the same time. You can all go on and enjoy the cute fluffy shota castanics uwu

I love you
Asz let himself fall on the grass with a satisfied smile, bliss and excitement growing in his stomach. He cuddled up to the smaller castanic that just settled next to him, Demiyan's hand brushing his hair as he rested his head on his lap. Both stayed quiet for a long time, enjoying eachother's simple presence close to them. They never get to meet as much as they would like: ever since Demiyan had left when he finally felt better, they would meet only once per week at the most. So when the Valkyon soldier showed up at his door to steal him for a date, Asz couldn't do much but excitedly accept.
They spent the day traveling, Demiyan bringing him to different places just to show him little things he found interesting. It wasn't much, but to Asz, it was the best thing that ever happened to him. To spend the whole day alone with the one he loved the most, doing seemingly nothing, meant a lot to him.
"Demi?" Asz said lowly, barely moving to try and see if his lover heard him.
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for spending the day with me."
"Hey, no need to thank me for that."
The younger boy smiled to himself, burying his face in his lover's clothes. Of course he didn't have to thank him, but it just felt natural. He was happy. It was stupid. He didn't really understood why or how but - Demiyan just had this effect on him. He made him happy, cheerful, confident. He loved spending time with him, being only talking or sitting next to another in silence. His presence was soothing and the simple thought of him sent butterflies flying in his stomach. He had never felt the same with anyone else before and he didn't know how he could ever get to tell him just how much he meant to him.
"Demi?"
"Yeah?"
"I love you." Even there, the words seemed poor.
"And I love you too." Asz could feel the smile in Demiyan's voice as he spoke, making his heart pump at that simple idea.
They kept silent for a while again, the younger castanic's mind drifting away as he remembered his lover would have to depart again tomorrow. For a moment he thought about following him, abandoning all he had here and go on with the adventure. He wouldn't mind as long as Demiyan was here with him. He could be left completely alone for the rest of his life - but if the other was with him, he didn't mind. All he wanted was to be able to feel him close, hold his hand and hear him laugh at any time of the day. The rest didn't matter.
"You know," Asz spoke up timidly, "when I say I love you, I... I really mean it. Like, every single word of it."
"I know." Once again there was this smile in Demiyan's voice when he spoke. "And I mean it too."
