Yes, C is one of the few people that can make E blush. You will be able to do so too, but it will be in a different way than C can. Best friends cause different reactions after all. I am glad you liked that scene though-- I always love showing what could be when it comes to the ROs. I am super excited for you all to meet C and E again (especially for the females because C will have a comment to make towards you too).

One of my favorite scenes in the demo so far is the "What can I do for you, my lord?" scene with Luca. There my m!MC was, minding his own business when "yet another" human pulls him aside to flirt unprovoked. The banter in that scene was very good at encapsulating the various feelings a reader might be carrying while RPing their MC's path through a very boisterous festival. L had better look back on that moment with a fond grimace no matter how their friend/relationship with the MC turns out. XD

Fortunately in canon (you can RPG however you want however 😅) no one was really flirting with the MC. As the MC doesn’t have the same appeal like Kiera does in that regard. And the Hatching Ceremony was about to start— but L is L.

I hope you all also noticed how L reacted depending on how the MC reacted to their advances. If the MC (or anyone) isn’t permissive then L will back off. Not entering their personal space, because they understand boundaries.

I’m glad you liked L’s scene 😄. It was really fun to write. I think L has some amusing one liners.

When Lauren was visiting the village was Asa with her? Also did Lauren interfere because she noticed we were Fae and decided that we needed help or for something else?

Asa was with her but he was told not to come when she was confronting Kulilk— as Lauren didn’t see the reason to involve him. Plus, I believe, her presence invoked enough fear in the general populace. Or intimidation rather because I don’t think Lauren would like knowing someone was scared/fearful of her.

As for why she helped you and your siblings? Truth be told she didn’t even notice you were Fae until she got a better look at you. She just saw three people getting harassed and decided to step in. Especially when she heard Kulilk’s taunts— she wasn’t about to let him get away with doing that to you three. Even if she wasn’t a Rider she would have stepped forward because that’s who she is.
