Introduced my 17yo to “Demolition Man” tonight. It’s been a few years since I last saw it. Scary that every time I DO see it, it seems like we’re moving towards that futuristic society. I’ve never identified with Denis Leary more than I do right now.
It's been well over a decade since I've watched Demolition Man. Maybe two now. I used to watch this thing all the time. 💖

Bad movie idea: Demolition Man 2 - Sandra Bullock's character is sent back in time to the hellscape version of 1996 LA from the first movie. She has to stop a time traveling terrorist from destroying the cryo-prison with the help of a young Dr Cocteau who at that point doesn't believe in the future.
Mum, watching TV: ...not sure what soaps they were talking about, all they had were a few seashells.
