MOONSHINER выпустили первые Демо-треки
I have definitely been suffering from demon sugar, lol. I remember my days of low-carbing, when I was able to kick the sugar habit and lose 3 sizes. Of course, I had to exercise regularly too.
There are a few things that have to be accomplished to kick the sugar habit:
1. Going off sugar cold turkey. This can be harder than you think, because sugar is hidden in so many processed foods. The safest route is to stick to lean meats, simple dairy products, and whole fruits and vegetables.
2. Ditch the "white poisons," refined flour products like crackers and pretzels (they are colored for your benefit, and have lots of salt and very little nutrition). If weight loss is your goal, forget about starchy vegetables for a while, too.
3. Water, water, water! Your body does 100% better if you are fully hydrated. If you have the problem of having to pee every half hour, try iced tea with no sugar or artificial sweetener. The flavored varieties almost fool you into thinking they are sweetened, they taste so good.
4. There must be some component of exercise to achieve better health and optimum physical condition. Even if all you can do is walk around the block, do that every single day. After a while, it will feel like it's not enough and you'll want to go further.
Who am I giving all this advice to? MYSELF! And to anyone who was on the cusp of kicking sugar and needed a pep talk.
I've gained back those 3 sizes and sugar has made me feel sluggish and tired. Last week, I was stuck at home all week and had no sugar because there wasn't any in the house. I was amazed at my energy and clear head after a couple of days detoxing.
Ima do this, y'all.

Vicious sweet tooth...
I have not one morsel of sweets in my house. This means I will do something ridiculous like make French toast at 9:30 at night. Fu..
