This is the greatest month of the year, personally, for a couple of reasons. 

Tis the month of my birth

It's most certainly the best month of weather in So-Cal

Business in the food industry slows because it's back to school for those demon-children who raid my store. BACK TO THE FIERY PITS FROM WHENCE YOU CAME!!

The Yankees are, more often than not, ahead of the Red Sox in the AL East and post-season is right around the corner
