Things had been somewhat tense between villages due to a whole bunch of bureaucracy that was none of Sakura’s business--- But it was the Hokage’s, which sort of made it her business anyway, considering her position as the Hokage’s right hand. She wasn’t involved in it, though, not directly, but as meetings occurred to solve the situation it was her duty to make sure there were no threats to the village. Hence why she was particularly weary of strangers, and why she approached the woman about to cross the gates to stop her.

"Today is your lucky day than. I'm a demon." She reach that stage where she doesn't care if someone found out she's a demon.

     Ivan raised an eyebrow, taking a moment to look the woman over. “You are a demon? Is that right? So why have you so casually shown up before me? Is there something you are looking for help with?”

It’s a sensation Emma can’t clearly put into words. She’s short of useless here on earth, with no angelic powers at all (not that she would want them), but the feeling she gets when she looks at the woman is the same one she felt before her banishment when in the presence of demons. And it’s strong, familiar. Her eyes widen slightly.

“Lilith. Is this where you’ve been spending your time? How quaint.”
