oh my god
"I think it's funny how a lot of men do feel this way about women's health or state of well-being in general. However, I know that people are entitled to their opinions, and it can be very hard to be empathetic towards something that some people have little experience with.
Unfortunately, for some women menstruating brings on more than annoyances or discomfort. Women who have anemia pass much more blood than the typical woman undergoing her menstruation cycle. If you know anything about losing too much blood over a period of time, you would know that it can lead to headaches, dizziness, fatigue, a lack of concentration, and forgetfulness.
Along with other unfortunate aspects (including the chance of being infertile and painful intercourse), women who have endometriosis have chronic pain during menstruation. I have seen this first hand, as my sister has endometriosis and can not function properly without medication."
That was my reply to his post (we're supposed to reply to three posts a week). I could have made it more insulting and really ripped him a new asshole, but I don't want to be kicked out of the class.
