dr. denise cloyd - a year without you
@denisexcloyd from here.
“Great, another FUCKING scar to add to my gallery.” ——CYN was actually pretty lucky that she had been GRAZED. Not even that. a GHOST of a GRAZING. Things could have been worse. The guy who shot at her could have had AWESOME aim, and she could be laying in a grave instead of on this table. She was just ornery, and the frustration all over her face attested to that. STILL she followed instructions, pushing her fingers against the bandage and pressing it against her wound. She wasn’t made at Denise. This woman was trying to help.
“ARE STITCHES NECESSARY?”
Shit had went and hit the fan. Looking over at the woman walking behind her she turned her head a bit. “Come on ya gonna keep up.” She said to her before she walked straight into the path of a trap. Falling down into some hidden hole dug out a bit on the sides underneath as she was trapped in a cage like contraption. Leaning against the fence Maggie looked up a bit. “Denise! G-go back! It ain’t safe. Tell em bring em here but I can’t have you here if whoever put this out here comes back.” Looking up she noticed the contraption was chained up to something. Maybe a tree. “W-wait pull me up.”

“Are you sure you’re okay?”
It’d been several weeks since she’d arrived at Alexandria and it’d been a long time since she had been exposed to being around a lot of people. She left Grady and found this place, which also happened to hold the broken parts of her family. She was relieved, but something was wrong, which is why she always ended up right back at Denise’s. The words were stuck in her throat, whatever it was and she glanced away from the older woman. A nod came from Beth, despite the tears that were gathered in her eyes. She needed to force herself to be okay. “Yeah, I’m okay,” She mumbled.
