Coil In...Coil Out
So in a fit of desperation I took to the interwebs to find the holy grail of transitioning styles. I was tired of having to rebraid my hair all the time. The product build up was serious and my skin was freaking out. I had to do something or chop off the rest of my processed ends before I'd planned to do so. I found that saving grace of hairstyles, a coil out. I mixed Shea Moisture's Deep Treatment Masque with the Curl & Style Milk in my palms and squeezed the mixture into soaking wet hair. Then I detangled small sections with my trusty Denman D3 brush and begun twisting at the root. I twisted each section as I wrapped the hair around my index finger. I continued the process all the way around my head until I'd finished with all my hair. Some of the coils were white with conditioner but it disappeared as my hair dried (even if you think you over did it with product is should still be absorbed as it dries).
