I'm not a big drinker and tasting menu wine pairings are often too much for me. These non-booze options are actually a lot of work and really special/refreshing! You can get wine pairing anywhere but juice pairings are less common and usually based on local seasonally produce (I assume). . . . [Originally I thought we don't have juice pairings in NYC but I'm wrong, we have everything bc it's the best city in the world. Looks like I should visit Atera again or Agern to try their pairings.
