Like, if he's in a situation where he's tied up or handcuffed, he starts to get anxiety that can advance into a full-blown panic attack if he's left restrained long enough. But one day, the Butcher ties him up. It's not consensual or for sexual purposes. But the Butcher needs to take care of a target without Noel interfering, so naturally the Butcher ties him up to keep Noel safe and out of the way. And Noel realizes thatz apart from being annoyed, he's fine.
