Participants can choose from multiple presentation formats based on their work and availability:
Oral / Speaker Presentations
Speaker sessions are designed for in-depth sharing of research findings, clinical insights, and innovative practices. Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, including discussion. Speakers may present in person (Day 1 & Day 2) or virtually (Day 3 – Online Sessions).
Abstract should clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
Content must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere
Speakers should prepare a professional PowerPoint presentation
Presentations must adhere to the allotted time to ensure smooth program flow
Final presentation slides should be submitted before the conference as per committee instructions
Poster presentations provide an excellent platform to visually showcase research, case reports, and clinical innovations during dedicated poster sessions.
Abstracts should be concise, clear, and scientifically structured
Posters must be visually engaging and easy to understand
Accepted posters will be displayed both on-site and online
Poster presenters are expected to be available during scheduled poster viewing sessions for interaction
