Crying happens, nobody is going to think anything about it. Don’t worry about your colleagues, I’ll bet all of them have cried before. Nothing to be embarrassed about. 3am is a damn good time for repressing those emotions, I prefer 7.30 am in the staff car park myself but each to their own.
I just don’t want them thinking I’m not able to cope with life. Because I apparently can’t but I don’t want them to know that.
I don’t have to go back in until Wednesday though so hopefully by then I’ll be less psychotic.
