Quipper Takes Part in Brigada Eskwela 2019 Regional Kickoff

The Department of Education held its Brigada Eskwela 2019 Regional Kickoff Caravan last May 20, 2019, at Las Pinas Elementary School Central, which was hosted by the Schools Division Office of Las Pinas City. The kick-off participants were comprised of DepEd Central and NCR Offices, all the Schools Division Offices in Metro Manila, and several education stakeholders, including Quipper. Present on the event were the Quipper’s Client Relations Team for DepEd Schools led by Mr. Aldrin Pureza, along with Quipper’s Business Development Officers Mr. Raymond Maglente and Mr. Jerome Sempio. Through the generosity of sponsors, along with the provision of two large LED screen from Quipper as requested by the SDO of Las Pinas City, the Brigada Eskwela Regional Kickoff program was indeed a success.

Also known as the National Schools Maintenance Week, Brigada Eskwela is a program institutionalized by DepEd that aims to “bring together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their time, effort, and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the school year in June.” This year’s theme is “Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na Paaralan.” Now celebrated as a year-long event, the Brigada Eskwela Implementation and Monitoring period will commence on May 20-25, 2019, and will eventually conclude with an awarding ceremony which will be held on November 28, 2019.
